Voting and Engagement

It is the policy of Sigma to vote on all issues at company meetings where Sigma has the authority to do so. In the event that Sigma receives a direction from a client in relation to the appointment of a proxy and the way the proxy should be voted, Sigma will use its best endeavours to implement the direction. In the absence of any direction, Sigma will exercise the right to vote as it sees fit, having regard to any direction in the Investment Mandate.

Sigma will maintain a record of all voting on behalf of clients and report these to the client where requested. Sigma will publish at least annually a summary of the proxy voting record for the previous year on its website. The reporting will be in the form required by FSC standard No.13.00.
